Il 19 luglio scorso è morto a New York lo scrittore americano Frank McCourt.
Insegnante nelle scuole pubbliche, McCourt era arrivato al successo con Le ceneri di Angela, che gli fece vincere il Pulitzer nel 1997 e il National Book Critics Circe Arward.
